March Meeting - AGM
Members of Egmanton WI met last night for their Annual General Meeting. The usual order of business was conducted. The secretary gave the report from the committee, the financial statement was presented and a vote of thanks was made by the president.
Outgoing members of the committee were thanked for their time and dedication and we welcomed 2 new members.
The vote for the 2022 president was taken and Emma will remain in the post for another year.
Following the meeting members came together to enjoy a selection of cheese and wine.
The competition was for ‘a mouse’. The winner was a little pottery mouse with the large special edition Mickey Mouse coming second.
A tiny little wooden mouse was so small his owner forgot to take him home, so he is being cared for by our secretary until the next meeting
