JULY MEETING
Last night our members met face to face for the first time since last year. We made the most of the beautiful evening sunshine and chatted amongst ourselves as there were lots of things to catch up on.
We also used our meeting as an opportunity to show our gratitude for the NHS. Members filled in posters with a thank you message and shared stories of a time the NHS has made an impact on their lives.
It was also wonderful to see some new faces and we look forward to many more meetings like this again.

JUNE MEETING
Well we finally got to meet Julie Rankcom last night at our June Meeting, albeit by Zoom, after 3 years of trying and we were not disappointed. Her talk on Fused Glass and how she came to make it and the process was fascinating. Thank you very much Julie.
MAY MEETING
Ten Members joined us for our May Resolutions Meeting last Thursday when we discussed Ovarian Cancer with Ruth Grigg from Ovacome.
Ruth was very informative and explained the early symptoms in a simple but informative way that we could understand. Thank you Ruth.
After the talk we voted on the Resolution.
We then had some time to chat and draw the raffle which was won by Nina.
Next month we have a Zoom Meeting with a talk on 'Fused Glass' by Julie Rankcom.

What a funny year
We have managed to recruit a new Member but have sadly had to say 'goodbye' to a cherished Member. However this has been our two meetings since February, however we did manage Zoom Meetings in October and November and we are having a Zoom Christmas Quiz Meeting in December.
